Returns Policy Information
If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will cancel your invoice, refund your money or replace the item at no cost to you. You may also wish to exchange the product purchased for another product. Some items such as ink and toner cartridges, software, notebook or desktop computers, monitors, USB devices, mp3 players, electronic whiteboards, and furniture will not qualify for a 7 day refund policy unless the product is unopened or if the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description. Note that not limiting to the above list of products, there will be other items / products that Businessworld.com will sell from time to time that will also qualify for a ‘no refund unless unopened’ policy.
For returns or exchanges, you may bring the product to our retail store, or contact us to arrange for a pick up or postage of the products back to Business World. Proof of purchase (eg invoice, receipt) will always be required for exchanges and refunds.
