| How to Create an Account |
| It's very easy to create an account on our Businessworld.com.au, and it is free to set up your own account. To create an Account, please do the following: |

Click Create an Account on the right hand box of the home page |

Enter your details. Note that the mandatory fileds required are shown as a (*) and you must fill this information. This is so that we can fulfil your order, or contact you incase there is any missing information re: your online order. |

Create a password and confirm it. |
| 4. |
Read the privacy statement, and tick the box to accept the terms. The privacy policy shows how we protect your personal details within Business World. |

Click "Create Account," and you're done. |
| 6. |
You will get an email form us with your user name & the pass word you created. Keep this information securely. |

| To add a new address, go to "Modify Account" (located at the top of each page after signing in). |

you may then change the account details such as change of address, update passwords, email address, and other contact details. |

then ‘accept the privacy statement’ by ticking the “Accept Privacy protection provisions” and then click Submit. |

| How to Cancel or Change an Order |
You may Cancel an order before you pay and check out of the online ordering process by clcikign the Cancel button. However, after you pay and submit an order, if you need to cancel the order placed into our system, then provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment, you may call our Customer Service at (02) 8868 0900 between 9 a.m. to 5p.m. (EST), 7 days a week.
We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after you have placed them. However, we fill orders quickly and may have processed your order for shipping. If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them. You will have the option of returning the items to us by mail or directly to our store, whichever is more convenient for you.

| Items missing from the order |
We will ensure all items ordered are dispatched and received by you. Upon delivery, the delivery docket will be checked and signed by you to confirm acceptance of all goods in the invoice. If there is any items missing from the order that you placed and we have not dispatched them with your invoice, please either advise the delivery person, or, in turn call us and we will check your invoice with the goods dispatched and ensure the order is correctly reconciled.
